About Fashion and society:

The MA Fashion & Society equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to effect positive change within fashion and related industries. Building on your existing creative practice, you will explore the societal, political, economic, and industrial systems within which fashion occurs, enabling you to innovate ways in which creative practice for fashion can contribute to a sustainable future.

Coursework within the program introduces you to theories and methodologies appropriate to research for artistic and creative practice. You will be supported to define and develop a topic of interest as a master's project, which may comprise theory and/or a practice component. Completion of this degree can lead a broad range of fashion related professions in the fields of design, product development, media, research or entrepreneurship, or further post-doctoral study.
