Useful about IT services

  1. Username, password and PIN code

    Your IT account gives you access to OsloMets IT services and systems. New students must activate their account to gain access to their e-mail and other services.

    Information about username, password and PIN code.

  2. Office 365

    Microsoft Office 365 gives you free use of Microsofts Office programs and cloud services like Outlook, Office Online and Onedrive. You have 1TB free cloud storage space.

    Did you finish your studies or leave OsloMet?

    Transfer Office 365 account after leaving OsloMet (office.com).

  3. Software

    OsloMet offers useful software freely available for use for students. Useful software like Nvivo, SPSS og F4 Transkript can be used for free as long as you are a student at OsloMet.

  4. Remote access (VPN)

    To gain access to software that is only available via the campus network from your computer, you must connect to VPN. VPN is a virtual tunnel for the OsloMet network. VPN gives you the same access as you would have  when using an OsloMet computer at campus.
