template.back.to.overview Printing

OsloMet is changing its printing service provider from Ricoh to Canon. During a transition period, both myPrint (Ricoh) and uniFLOW Online (Canon) will be available. Below you will find instructions for both solutions.
  • Printing from a Privately Owned PC or Mac

    Canon

Step 1 – Go to the print portal

Open https://oslomet.eu.uniflowonline.com/. Select Continue with OsloMet SSO, and log in using your OsloMet email address and password. Authenticate with two-factor authentication.

Step 2 – Download and install the printer driver

Click Start Printing in the menu on the left. On the right-hand side, under Install printer driver, download and install the correct driver for your operating system (Windows or Mac).

Step 3 – Complete the setup

During installation, select Continue with OsloMet SSO when prompted and log in with your OsloMet user account if required.

Step 4 – Check that the print solution is active on your PC/Mac

    Look for the following icon:

Windows:The uniFLOW SmartClient icon should appear in the lower right corner of the taskbar Overlapping red, light grey and dark grey square on a white background

Mac: The uniFLOW SmartClient icon should appear in the upper right corner of the menu bar Overlapping red, white, and grey square on a white background

Note! If the icon is not visible, the SmartClient is not active and the print job will not be sent to the printer. Search for uniFLOW SmartClient on your PC or Mac and start the program.

Step 5 – Send to printer

When printing, select the printer OsloMet-UniFlow. Collect your printout from any Canon printer on campus.
