Universitetsstyret ansatte 8. desember Christen Krogh som rektor ved OsloMet fra 1. mars 2022. Krogh kommer fra stillingen som prorektor ved Høyskolen Kristiania.

SAM has organized its first conference for master's students

Norske e-bøker tilgjengelig

Universitetsbiblioteket ved OsloMet er et av de første UH-bibliotekene som har kjøpt inn norske, akademiske e-bøker (elektroniske bøker) til sine studenter og ansatte.

The University Board at OsloMet has decided not to enter into new general cooperation agreements with Israeli universities. The exchange agreement with the University of Haifa is put on hold.

Legionella detected in water pipes in Pilestredet 50 and 52 and Fyrhuset

Legionella bacteria has been detected in the water pipes supplying OsloMet's buildings in Pilestredet 50 and 52, and in Fyrhuset. Medical filters have now been installed in all the showers.

Medical filters installed

The showers in Pilestredet 50 and 52 can be used again after medical filters have been fitted as a result of legionella findings.
