Support and solidarity with war victims and students

Do you need someone to talk to about the current situation in Palestine and Israel? There are several support services for students. Rector Christen Krogh strongly condemns the attacks on civilians.

"It is heart-wrenching to witness the horrifying acts of war unfolding in Palestine and Israel. The losses and suffering are immense, and we strongly condemn all attacks on civilians and civilian institutions. We believe that the hostilities must come to an immediate halt so that the civilian population can receive assistance.", says rector at OsloMet, Christen Krogh.

"OsloMet has many students and staff members from the affected areas who are facing a difficult daily life, living in fear for the lives of their family, friends, and colleagues in their homeland. Several staff members also have colleagues from academic communities in the affected areas whom they are worried about."

"I urge us to support and take care of each other, especially those who are currently facing added difficulties. The university provides support services for those who need someone to talk to.", says Krogh.
