You must have the grade 4 in English from upper secondary school. You must otherwise take a TOEFL or IELTS test (Ansa.no) or be able to document your English skills in another manner.

You can go in your 5 semester.
Do I have to pay tuition fees?
As of now, there is no agreement regarding student financing between Norway and the UK, beyond what is normally obtained from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund ( Lånekassen).
There will be a supervision fee.
