About the study place

The Universidad Politécnica de Valencia is located in the eastern part of Spain. This is a university with a unique location, and you can easily walk to the beach from the school. The university's history dates back to 1968 and it is therefore considered a young university. The Universidad Politécnica de Valencia is a public, dynamic, and innovative institution which offers study programmes in computer science, various fields within engineering, architecture, art and administration and management.

Valencia is a beautiful city that is over 2000 years old. The city has long sandy beaches, unique architecture, a bustling city life and fantastic food and culture. Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, and it is easy to travel around the town by bus. Visit the famous cathedral, the El Carmen neighborhood, the Albufera nature park, the old town or the city's famous market. This town will enchant you and you will discover new things every day. Every March, they arrange Las Fallas, which is a festival that lasts for five days, and this is just one of several fun cultural events that take place in the city.

There are many good reasons to choose this leading university. They are passionate about taking good care of new students and they will help you with whatever you need. In order to have 30 ECTS credits approved at OsloMet after the exchange, you must take 30 ECTS credits at this institution.
