Introduction
For praksisstudier er det krav om 80 % tilstedeværelse i teori, aktiviteter og praksisforberedende undervisning som er merket obligatorisk i timeplan, samt 90 % tilstedeværelse i selve praksisperioden. Studenten fyller ut egenpresentasjonsskjema til praksisstart, turnusplan i løpet av første praksisuke og egenvurderingsskjema seneste to virkedager før avtalt midt- og sluttvurdering. Andre obligatoriske aktiviteter som inngår i totalvurderingen av emnet er:
- Simulering palliasjon.
- Innovasjon og tjenesteutvikling - deltagelse i workshop knyttet til nytenkning og innovasjonsprosesser.
- Gruppeoppgave (3-5 studenter) - basert på læringsutbytter i emnet utarbeider gruppen en prosjektbeskrivelse knyttet til sykepleie i private hjem eller i omsorgsboliger. Omfang 1000 ord +/- 10 %. Basert på prosjektbeskrivelsen lager gruppen en poster som presenteres på et seminar før sluttvurderingen.

Vurdering i praksis
Vurderingen tar utgangspunkt i læringsutbyttet for emnet, kriterier for ikke bestått praksis, kriterier for skikkethetsvurdering og obligatoriske aktiviteter gjennom hele emnet. I praksisperioden kreves det minimum 90 % tilstedeværelse for bestått praksis. For mer informasjon se generell del av programplanen om vurdering i praksis.
Ved ikke bestått tas hele praksisperioden og tilhørende krav på nytt.

Assessment
The master’s thesis written by one or two students. Large, interdisciplinary innovation projects can be written in groups of up to four students on application.
The content and scope of the different forms of master's theses:
- Monograph: Recommended scope of a monographic assignment is 13,000 words +/- 10%
- Scientific article: The thesis must include a manuscript in the form of at least one article that is in accordance with the author guidelines for a relevant scientific journal, and a supplementary memo/introductory chapter to the article-based thesis ('kappe') that elaborates on the theoretical and methodological considerations underlying the article. The layout, structure and scope of the article must comply with the guidelines of the journal in question. If the maximum length is not stated in the relevant journal's author guidelines, the maximum length is 8,000 words The supplementary memo/introductory chapter to the article-based thesis ('kappen') must have a scope of 3000 words +/- 10%
The thesis can be written in English or a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish).
Permitted exam materials and equipment
Kontaktlærer godkjenner etter innstilling fra praksisveileder. Endelig vedtak om bestått-ikke bestått fattes av universitetet.
Grading scale
SYKKPRA70x, SYKPRA70x og SYKDPRA70 er fullt overlappende.
Examiners
All examinations are assessed by an internal and an external examiner. The student's supervisor cannot be an examiner for the master's thesis.
