Innledning

Emnet gir en innføring i ulike digitale medier og programvare egnet for bruk i fagområdet kunst og formidling.

Digitale medier blir tatt i bruk som formidlingsverktøy, til utprøving og dokumentasjon, samt som selvstendig kunstnerisk uttrykk gjennom hele emnet.

Emnet har følgende innhold:

  • Grafisk layout i kunst og formidling
  • Digital bildeproduksjon
  • Digital presentasjon
  • Eksportering og utskriftsmuligheter i digitale uttrykksformer

Læringsutbytte

The objective of the course is to strengthen students’ ability to contribute to and manage value creation in organisations. This is an introductory course covering key subjects that enable students to understand value creation, the operation of and challenges facing organisations. The intention is for students to gain a basic understanding of what an enterprise is and how it works. Key subjects covered in the course include management, strategy, finance, organisation and entrepreneurship.

After completing the course, the student is expected to have achieved the following learning outcomes defined in terms of knowledge, skills and general competence:

Knowledge

The student is capable of:

  • understanding how organisations create value
  • explaining key management and organisation principles
  • explaining and understanding the main elements of business economics
  • performing a basic interpretation and analysis of accounts and budgets
  • explaining key terms linked to innovation and entrepreneurship
  • identifying the possibilities and challenges associated with starting your own enterprise
  • explaining basic marketing terms

Skills

The student is capable of:

  • familiarising themselves with and understanding how an enterprise works
  • performing profitability analyses and assessing financial risk
  • devising a business or project plan
  • exercising awareness of an enterprise’s ethical challenges and corporate social responsibility

General competence

The student is capable of:

  • familiarising themselves with an enterprise and working life
  • addressing financial, ethical and social considerations
  • seeing the interdisciplinary context across an organisation

Vurdering og eksamen

Lectures, project work (individually or in groups [of max. four students]), supervision, presentations, exercises.

Hjelpemidler ved eksamen

The following coursework is compulsory and must be approved before the student can sit the exam:

  • Three compulsory assignments
    • Two submission of written assignments, each containing sub-submissions
    • One presentation of a business idea and related written work

Vurderingsuttrykk

  1. Written project assignment of 20 pages +/- 10%, plus attachments and budget. The written project is submitted individually or in groups of up to 5 students (40%)
  2. Individual written exam, 3 hours (60%)

Both parts of the exam must be awarded an E or better in order for the student to pass the course.

The exam result can be appealed.

New exam is only arranged in connection with the spring exam.

Sensorordning

1) All aids.

2) A handheld calculator that cannot be used for wireless communication or to perform symbolic calculations. If the calculator’s internal memory can store data, the memory must be deleted before the exam. Random checks may be carried out.
