  • Innledning

    The following coursework is compulsory and must be approved before the student can sit the exam:

    • course in literature searches and source criticism
    • approved progress schedule
    • two oral presentations.
  • Forkunnskapskrav

    The assessment of the group bachelor's thesis (2-4 students) will be based on the execution of the project, the report, an oral presentation and a poster in English.

    1. The execution and oral presentation count 40% and are assessed on the basis of the project's level of difficulty and the students planning, progress, initiative, practical skills, assessment skills, independence and cooperation skills. This part of the project cannot be appealed.

    2. The report and the poster count 60% and are assessed on the basis of their academic quality, clear presentation, systematic structure, language, academic references and the students degree of independence in the writing process.

    Both parts of the exam must be awarded an E or better in order for the student to pass the course.

    Only the grade given for part 2 (the written report) can be appealed.

    Parts 1 and 2: Grade scale A-F.

  • Sensorordning

    Part 1: An external examiner contributes to the preparation of the exam questions and assessment criteria. The answers is quality assured by an internal examiner and automatically assessed.

    Part 2, oral exam: The oral exam is assessed by two examiners. At least 15 % of the exams will be assessed by an external examiner.
