  • Arbeids- og undervisningsformer

    Det er en felles vurderingsordning for alle typer bacheloroppgave. Avsluttende vurdering består av to deler.

    Eksamensdel 1: Bacheloroppgave (skriftlig oppgave, medieprodukt eller en kombinasjonsoppgave). Bestanddeler og nærmere beskrivelse av omfang for den enkelte form for bacheloroppgave er gitt under Organisering og arbeidsmåter. Det gis en (samlet) karakter for bacheloroppgaven.

    Eksamensdel 2: Individuell muntlig høring. Høringen har form av en samtale om bacheloroppgaven mellom kandidaten og sensorene. Ved den muntlige høringa kan karakteren på bacheloroppgaven justeres ett trinn opp eller ned for den enkelte kandidat.

    Ny/utsatt eksamen og klage

    Studenter som ikke består ordinær eksamen, uavhengig av del, må ved ny/utsatt eksamen levere en omarbeidet besvarelse og gå opp til en ny individuell muntlig høring.

    Hvis besvarelsen fortsatt ikke er bestått etter ny/utsatt eksamen, må det leveres en helt ny besvarelse med ny problemstilling ved neste ordinære eksamen. Studenten har da ikke krav på veiledning.

    Studenter som ønsker å forbedre karakteren, må levere en ny besvarelse basert på en ny problemstilling neste gang ordinær eksamen gjennomføres. Det gis ingen veiledning ved forbedring av karakteren.

    Ved endring i resultat på oppgaven etter klage, må studenten fremstille seg til ny muntlig høring.

  • Arbeidskrav og obligatoriske aktiviteter

    The following coursework requirements must have been approved in order for the student to take the exam: 

    • Coursework 1: Attendance in seminars is compulsory, and the student must participate in at least five out of eight seminars. Attendance in seminars are compulsory to acquire the necessary competencies to meet the objectives of the course; about, for and through entrepreneurship. These competencies cannot be acquired solely from reading the syllabus and/or taking the exam.
    • Coursework 2: The student must take part in preparing a collective seminar presentation, in groups of three students, based on readings of the syllabus specific for the date of the presentation. The presentation will be a total of 60 minutes and will be in two parts: 30 minutes for the presentation and 30 minutes discussion with the whole seminar group, led by the presenters. 

    Students who are unable to attend the required number of seminars or who are prevented from taking part in a collective seminar presentation may be offered a postponement of the required course activities.

    All required coursework must be completed and approved by the given deadline in order for the student to take the exam. If the coursework requirement has not been approved, the student will be given one opportunity to submit an improved version by the given deadline.

  • Vurdering og eksamen

    The exam in the course is an essay. The essay can be written individually or in groups of two-three students. The essay must have a scope of 5000 words (+ - 10 percent).

    In the essay the students is expected to perform a literature review of selected readings, identify a gap, formulate a researchable question, and briefly suggest a realistic research design. Thus, the students should through this exam paper demonstrate the ability to discuss and reflect upon the relevance of current research for his/her upcoming master thesis.

    Font and font size: Arial or Calibri 12 points. Line spacing: 1.5. 

    Students awarded a fail grade are given one opportunity to submit an improved version of the essay.

    • attendance in at least 80 % of the seminars, and
    • approved paper presentation in final seminar.
