Content
In the course BAPD3100, the students will carry out a design project through a comprehensive process and acquire in-depth knowledge and experience in a chosen specialisation. The topic of the specialisation shall be in the field of design and the work process shall culminate in something feasible. The students are encouraged to reach out to external resource persons during the project.
The specialisation can be part of the preparation for the bachelor’s thesis in the final semester, and should demonstrate an inclusive and iterative design process leading up to a feasible result.
The students have the option of taking external practical training for up to two days a week in the course. The practical training must take place in an establishment in the external professional environment, and it is the students’ responsibility to find a relevant enterprise and agree on a period of practical training. The enterprise and agreement must be approved in advance by the course coordinator/department.
