Approved coursework requirements in VERB2300 as well as passed all other credit-earning courses from the 2nd year of study.

After completing the course, the student has the following learning outcomes defined in terms of knowledge, skills and general competence:KnowledgeThe student• can explain legislation and regulations that apply in relation to the projectSkillsThe student• can discuss dilemmas and value conflicts related to the project• can safeguard privacy when processing and storing data• can document the safeguarding of user participation and the application of professional knowledge in decision support• can document the use of relevant observation, mapping and registration methods in collaboration with the service recipient to identify goals, needs and interests, as well as evaluation of training/care measures• can present a description of measures prepared in collaboration with the service recipient and others at the place of service• can apply and document the use of updated and knowledge-based methods in a training and care measure

General competenceThe student• can compile relevant professional and ethical issues in conservation

The work and teaching methods include lectures, seminars, group work, individual supervision and self-study.

Individual written project exam related to VERPRA21, up to 4000 words.

If the project exam is not passed, the student has the opportunity to submit a revised version two (2) times, since the answer is closely linked to the practical training.

All answers are assessed by one examiner.  

An external examiner is used regularly, and at least for every third completion of the course. When selecting answers for external grading, the selection must include a minimum of 10 per cent of the answers, but in any case not fewer than 5 answers. In the event of exclusion, the external examiner's assessment shall benefit all students

5 ECTS credits overlap with VERPRA20 (full overlap with the written project exam in VERPA20).

Det benyttes en intern og en ekstern sensor til sensurering av besvarelsene. Et uttrekk på minst 25 % av besvarelsene sensureres av to sensorer. Karakterene på disse samsensurerte besvarelsene skal danne grunnlag for å fastsette nivå på resten av besvarelsene.
