Apply for individual adaptation of your studies

Applications for individual adaptation are processed by your faculty on an ongoing basis. Please contact the Special Needs Services if you have any questions.

You must have a medical certificate from a doctor or other relevant professional that includes a description of your illness and/or disability.  If you have any questions, please contact the Special Needs Services.

Please note that you must use a separate form to apply for special examination arrangements or an alternative form of examination. If your faculty requires further information in connection with the application, you will be contacted.

Four weeks after OsloMet has received your application, you will get a written reply.

If you wish to appeal the decision, you can do so within 3 weeks after you have received the reply.

If you have any questions about your rights as a student, you can contact the Ombudsperson for Students. The Ombudsperson for Students can provide advice and assistance in matters concerning your study situation.
