Programme history

Introduction

Learn how to design concepts for and in complex situations! In this course, you will be challenged to take a role as a practice oriented systemic designer. Systems and game theory provide you with methods to change and develop services, strategies, practice and thinking.

The course is a collaboration between Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway and partner institutions in Europe.

Target group

We welcome candidates from a wide range of professional backgrounds. This course aims to provide greater understanding and skills in dealing with complexity in different fields of development within public and private sector, industry, and NGOs.

Admission requirements

A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent degree or equivalent work experience. Work experience can be covered by: 3 years of work experience with an interest or experience in change on a systemic level, services, products, organizational development or sustainable processes. ​​​​​​​
