What can I study at Western University?

Available courses at Western University
Please note that some courses are restricted, and exchange students cannot access courses included in the “professional programs” Law, Medicine, Aviation, Dentistry, Business (Ivey), and Education. There are still available and relevant courses at for example the Faculty of Health Sciences courses. Courses within included in the Management and Organizational Studies, Economics, and Media, Information and Technoculture Studies have limited seats and only students with a relevant study background can apply.
Language requirements
No official English requirement, but on a general basis we recommend language knowledge equivalent to a grade four or better in English from Norwegian upper secondary school.
When can I travel and how long can I study?
You can go in your 5th semester.
Do I have to pay tuition fees?
No. We have some places without tuition fees available.
Although you will not have to pay tuition fees, please be aware that other expenses can occur.
