Directions and maps for OsloMet’s examination premises

Silurveien 2

Important message to all students who will have exams in Silurveien 2:

The examination premises opens 30 minutes before the exam starts. Because of fire safety and accessibility, it is not allowed to stay in the hallways outside examination premises. 

All campuses

Subway line 3 Mortensrud – Kolsås departs every 15 minutes. Walking distance to Silurveien is ca. 3 minutes from the Åsjordet stop.

Other public transport options:

• Tram 13 Storo – Lilleaker Bekkestua, nearest stop; Ullern (walking distance 13 min.)
• Bus 23 Simensbråten – Lysaker, nearest stop: Blokkajordet (walking distance 5 min.)
• Bus 28 Helsyr – Fornebu, nearest stop: Radiumhospitalet (walking distance 9 min.)
• Bus 32 Kværnerbyen – Voksen Skog, nearest stop: Lyseveien (walking distance 13 min.)

From Kjeller, Lillestrøm

• Train from Lillestrøm station (R10, R11, L13, L14) to Lysaker station. Bus 23 Simensbråten – Lysaker, nearest stop: Blokkajordet (walking distance 5 min.)
• Train from Lillestrøm station (R10, R11, L13, L14) to Nationaltheatret, Subway line 3 Kolsås, to Åsjordet (walking distance 3 min.).

From Sandvika

• Train from Sandvika station to Lysaker station (R10, R11, L12, L13, L14). Bus 23 Simensbråten – Lysaker, nearest stop: Blokkajordet (walking distance 5 min.)
• Bus 160 Oslo Bussterminal – Sandvika. Bus 23 Simensbråten – Lysaker, nearest stop: Blokkajordet (walking distance 5 min.)

Entrance

OsloMet has three exam rooms in Silurveien 2, use the following entrance if you are placed in:

• A400 - S2 - Silurveien 2, fourth floor – Use the A entrance in front of the building. Use elevator or stairs to the fourth floor.
• C100 - S2 - Silurveien 2, first floor - Use entrance C/D at the back of the building.
• D200 - S2 - Silurveien 2, second floor - Use entrance C/D at the back of the building.

Parking

• Indoor carpark - Q-park.no for prices.
• Bicycle parking is located at the back of the building.
• There are 12 parking spaces with charging for electrical cars.

• If you have been granted a parking space at OsloMet, you will be able to park in the parking facilities in Silurveien 2 and get the cost refunded.
