Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulu university is located in the city of Jyväskylä. This is a university that has expertise in eight different fields. Visit the old church Petäjävesi, enjoy a delightful sauna along the Jyväsjärvi lake or go to one of the many events in the city. Jyväskylä is known for being the city of light and has many beautiful light installations. The town has everything and there are many restaurants, great shopping opportunities and museums around the city. It is easy to get around by bus, train and with a bicycle. If you want to visit the capital Helsinki one day, it will take about three and a half hours by train.

Credits

In order to have 30 ECTS credits approved at OsloMet after the exchange, you must take 30 ECTS credits at this institution.

Housing

A certain quota of accommodation from student housing KOAS (Central Finland Student Housing Foundation) is reserved for JAMK's exchange students (www.jamk.fi/en).
