Introduction
The following must have been approved in order for the student to take the examination:
- minimum attendance of 80 % in skills training, seminars and scheduled group work
- approved online breastfeeding course

Required preliminary courses
Individual home exam over three days. Scope: up to 2,000 words.

All aids are permitted, as long as the rules for source referencing are complied with.

The course consists of the following subject areas, specified below as the number of credits:
- Statistics, 7 credits
- Method comparison and quality assurance, 3 credits

Course requirements
Two examiners will assess all exam papers. An external supervision sensor assesses the examination and grading arrangements.

10 ECTS credits overlap with HEL6210 Family health - children (0-5 years) for students graduated in 2016-2020.

Permitted exam materials and equipment
- Alphanumeric/financial calculator with cleared memory. A digital calculator is available to the student during the exam
- A collection of table and formulas will be handed out.

Examiners
All answers are assessed by one examiner. An external examiner is used regularly, at a minimum of every third completion of the course. When selecting answers for external evaluation, a minimum of 10 percent of the answers shall be included, with no fewer than 5 answers. The external examiner’s assessment of the selected answers shall benefit all students.
