Schedule
  • Introduction

    This course builds on the course Strategic Human Resources Management and focuses on the management's responsibility for mapping and developing an organisation's working environment.

  • Recommended preliminary courses

    An internal and an external examiner will grade the exam.

    A selection of at least 25% of the exam papers will be assessed by two examiners. The grades awarded to exam papers assessed by the external and internal examiner will be used to determine the level of all exam papers.

    After completing the course, students will acquired the learning outcomes defined in knowledge, skills and general competence:

  • Assessment

    The main work methods in this course are lectures, seminar contributions and role play.

  • Permitted exam materials and equipment

    In order to be able to register for the exam, the student must have the following approved work requirements:

    Students will present an article from the syllabus in groups of two to five students. The time frame of the presentations is 45 minutes. In addition, students should submit a project sketch as preparation for the semester assignment (exam). The presentation and project sketch must be approved to be given the opportunity to submit the semester assignment (exam). If the presentation or project sketch is not approved, one new opportunity is given to present the article or submit a new project sketch.

  • Grading scale

    The students will write a semester paper, individually or in pairs.;The scope of the paper shall be 12-15 pages for students who write individual papers and 16-20 pages for papers written by two students together (not including the cover page, list of references and appendices) written in Times New Roman 12-point font above with a line spacing of 1.5 and a 2.5 cm left margin.;

  • Examiners

    All reference aids are allowed as long as the rules for source references are followed.

  • Course contact person

    A grade scale with grades from A to E for pass and F for fail is used.
