'(Not) Writing Makes Me Feel...' - Art Therapy for Students to Inspire Writing

Are you a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD student struggling with writing? This practical workshop uses art therapy methods to help you explore the emotions and challenges that can make writing feel difficult or even impossible to start.

Date/Time

Location

Pilestredet 52, rom E711

Rather than focusing on specific writing techniques, this workshop invites self-exploration in order to find roots and solutions for the writer’s block. You will have an opportunity to make art, connect with other students, and discover new, supportive ways to approach your writing process. There is no preparation or skills required in advance. The workshop is facilitated in English.

Agata Zelechowska is a researcher, artist and facilitator who holds a PhD in musicology from the University of Oslo and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Warsaw.
