Paper copy of transcript of records

Should you need a paper copy of your transcript of records for admission to a foreign university, for a foreign employer or similar please contact your faculty.

Former student?

Former students can also log in to Studentweb and order a Transcript of Records or use the Diploma Registry. We would like to draw attention to the fact that education completed before the start of the 2000s may be incomplete in the Diploma Registry. As we cannot accurately reproduce these results as they were in the old system, these results must be documented in your Diploma instead. If you do not have access to the Diploma Registry, please contact the Information Centre at your faculty.

Did you change your name?

If you have changed your name and/or social security number due to gender reassignment or other compelling reasons, you can contact your faculty to obtain a new diploma. Normally, a new diploma is not issued for a name change.
