Transcript of records and exam results

StudentWeb is the main portal for accessing your exam results and ordering a digital transcript of records. You can order a transcript at any point during the course of your studies.

Order your transcript

You can order a digitally signed transcript though StudentWeb (fsweb.no). The Transcript will contain all the courses you have completed and passed at OsloMet. If you need a paper copy of your transcript you can contact the student information centre at your faculty.

Share your results digitally

The Diploma Registry is a digital service developed by the ministry of Education of higher education in Norway and share them with potential employers, educational institutions and other relevant recipients. The Diploma Registry is free of charge.

Diploma

Your diploma, and a transcript of your records,  are automatically issued when you have completed and passed a study program in accordance with the progress of study.

Former student?

Former students can also log in to Studentweb and order a Transcript of Records or use the Diploma Registry. We would like to draw attention to the fact that education completed before the start of the 2000s may be incomplete in the Diploma Registry. As we cannot accurately reproduce these results as they were in the old system, these results must be documented in your Diploma instead. If you do not have access to the Diploma Registry, please contact the Information Centre at your faculty.

Did you change your name?

If you have changed your name and/or social security number due to gender reassignment or other compelling reasons, you can contact your faculty to obtain a new diploma. Normally, a new diploma is not issued for a name change.
