SYKKPRA30M Nursing Patients with Acute, Critical and Chronic Diseases 2 Course description

The course builds and expands on the course SYKK/SYKPPRA20. In this course, the students will practice independence in planning, carrying out and assessing nursing in acute and chronically ill patients. The prevention of complications and early detection of deterioration in the patients’ condition are key elements. Quality development, patient safety and ethics are also part of the course.

• explaining care pathways in the event of relevant diseases and treatments

Emnet gir en innføring i barns medier, barns mediebruk, og kultur- og litteraturformidling med barn opp til 12 år som målgruppe.;;

Emnet tar opp barndommens vilkår i samtida, ved å fokusere på sammenhenger mellom barns mediebruk og kulturelle og sosiale;oppvekstsvilkår.

I undervisningen vektlegges barnelitteratur i flere sjangre og publisert på ulike plattformer. Det legges opp til arbeid med lesestimulering, og hvordan folkebibliotekenes formidling av litteratur kan knyttes til aktiviteter i samarbeid med skole og barnehage.

Arbeidsformene veksler mellom forelesninger, gruppearbeid tilknyttet arbeidskravene, selvstendig arbeid med arbeidskravene, studentpresentasjoner og selvstudium. Perioder med forelesninger veksler med perioder med gruppearbeid eller selvstendig arbeid.;

For å kunne framstille seg til eksamen må studenten ha følgende godkjente arbeidskrav:

• Arbeidskrav 1: Hver student, eller to studenter sammen, skal gjøre avtale om, og gjennomføre en lesestund med barn (opp til 12 år), og innlevere et rapporteringsskjema fra dette arbeidet.;;
• Arbeidskrav 2: Hver student skal skrive en anmeldelse av ei bok, en film eller et spill, som publiseres på emnets egen blogg. Omfang: ca.;1 side.;
• Arbeidskrav 3: Studentene skal gruppevis arbeide med et utvalg medier innenfor en sjanger eller et tema, og utforme et formidlingsopplegg til bruk i bibliotek, skole eller barnehage. Tema eller sjanger skal godkjennes av faglærer. Opplegget skal presenteres for de andre studentene, og en dokumentasjonsrapport skal leveres inn. Omfang: Ca.;3-4 sider, litteraturliste kommer i tillegg.;

Arbeidskravene må være gjennomført og godkjent innen fastlagt frist for at studenten skal kunne framstille segtil eksamen. Dersom et eller flere arbeidskrav ikke blir godkjent, gis det anledning til å kunne levere en forbedret versjon én gang innen angitt frist.
