  • can critically reflect on his/her own and other students work though references both to practical art projects and theoretical perspectives
  • has advanced understanding and experience of online presentation and dissemination of artistic work

Content

MESTU5100 Master project seminar is an online course offered to all NOVA students, utilizing dedicated learning-software for e-learning and exchange of visual documentation. The seminar focuses on the practical or aesthetic production in relation to the master project, and is designed to further discussions of and support development of practical production related to the master thesis.

Teaching and learning methods

This course is offered as an online course with assignments and regular online seminars.

Course requirements

Each student is required to present his/her project online to the course group and undertake a peer review of two other student projects.

Assessment

Oral examination of the submitted course project.

The assessment result of the exam can not be appealed.

Permitted exam materials and equipment

All.

Grading scale

For the final assessment a grading scale from A to E is used, where A denotes the highest and E the lowest pass grade, and F denotes a fail.

Examiners

One internal and one external examiner.
