Introduction
Det er ett arbeidskrav knyttet til emnet som må være godkjent for å kunne gå opp til eksamen:
Individuelt skriftlig notat om egen forståelse av kompleksiteten i praksislærerrollen. Omfang: 750 ord +/- 10%. Arbeidskravet gjennomføres ved studiestart.

Required preliminary courses
Eksamen er en individuell skriftlig eksamen i form av et notat som skal knyttes opp mot relevant litteratur, forskning og aktuelle styringsdokumenter for praksislærerrollen og lærerutdanningen. Omfang: 2000 ord +/- 10 %
Ny og utsatt eksamen
Ny og utsatt eksamen gjennomføres som ved ordinær eksamen. Studentens rettigheter og plikter ved ny/utsatt eksamen framgår av forskrift om studier og eksamen ved OsloMet - storbyuniversitetet. Studenter er selv ansvarlige for å melde seg opp til eventuell ny/utsatt eksamen på Studentweb.

Knowledge
The student is capable of
- describing the structure and functioning of the musculoskeletal system
- describing the structure and functioning of the circulatory and respiratory system
- describing the structure and function of the nervous system
- describing the structure and functions of the sensory apparatus
- shedding light on the connections between movement, sense, perception and cognition in the performance of daily activities (human movement science)
- describing basic knowledge of cognition, emotion, motivation, learning, social influence, health behaviour, stress, and coping
- describing the main features of motor development
- describing the main features of psychosocial and cognitive development from childhood to old age
- explaining the significance of important occupations and occupational participation in different phases of life, with a focus on children and play, adults and work, as well as the elderly and everyday occupations
Skills
The student is capable of
- planning and using activities in a therapeutic and adequate manner in relation to a given user group
- applying functional anatomy and biomechanics in the analysis of everyday activities
- performing activity analysis of the body’s structures and functions
General competence
The student is capable of
- teaching fellow students and lecturers about a topic related to the course
- showing respect and care for fellow students in interactions relating to examinations that include touching and intimacy

Permitted exam materials and equipment
Gjennomgående tema for emnet er utdanning for bærekraftig utvikling. Bærekraftproblemstillinger fra ulike naturfagdisipliner blir belyst, samt hvordan man legger til rette for undervisning av teamet i skolen. Emnet inneholder til sammen tre hovedtemaer: naturfag og naturfagdidaktikk, utdanning for bærekraftig utvikling og teknologi og programmering.

Examiners
Part 1) All answers are assessed by one examiner. An external examiner is used regularly, at a minimum of every third completion of the course. When selecting answers for external evaluation, a minimum of 10 percent of the answers shall be included, with no fewer than 5 answers. The external examiner’s assessment of the selected answers shall benefit all students.
