Introduction

Generell kompetanse

Studenten kan

  • forholde seg til og operasjonalisere usikkerhet.

Teaching and learning methods

Course requirements

This course gives students knowledge of how the resources that exist in groups, networks and organisations can be used. The course will introduce the students to organisational behaviour management, as well as teach them to map, influence and mobilise the user's network. Focus is also on cooperation between the voluntary and public sector. This course will also introduce students to casework, with emphasis on the requirement for responsible conduct.
