Recognition
The assessment (evaluation) of your education is free of charge, but you must provide and cover the expenses for the necessary documentation yourself, incl. the cost of translation of your documents.
Use the OsloMet application form, which must be downloaded and printed out before you fill it in. Please read the guide to the application form before you start filling it in, and remember to enclose the relevant documentation.
Also, please remember to date and sign the form. If your application does not provide the necessary information and documentation , you will be asked to submit this. The processing of your application will thus be delayed.
Please note: OsloMet students on student exchange programmes (bilateral agreements, mobility programmes) should not use this application form. The faculties at OsloMet have laid down procedures for recognising foreign higher education taken on student exchange basis. This also applies to international students at OsloMet participating in exchange programmes, quota students etc. Contact your faculty’s student service or international coordinator for more information about the procedures.
Where to send the application
Please send the completed application form and the enclosures by post/mail ( not electronically or by fax) to the faculty which provides study programmes corresponding to your foreign education.
