About the study place

The University of East Anglia is a public university based in Norwich, England. The university is organized into four faculties that offers over 300 different programmes in 29 fields of study. This includes the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Medicine and Health Sciences, Science and Social Sciences. 

Norwich is both a district and city in the county of Norfolk located about 160 km northeast of London which is accessible by train. The city has just over 100,000 inhabitants, but it is the largest city in the East Anglia region. It is claimed that Norwich is the most complete medieval city in Britain. This charming town is full of cobbled streets, some from the Middle Ages, andwith the winding river Wensum which flows through the city center towards the Norwich Castle. Due to the many historical sights and a fantastic cultural life, Norwich has become a popular tourist destination. 

As a student at UEA, you will follow in the footsteps of heads of state and government, three Nobel Prize winners and three Booker Prize-winning authors. This is a school that consistently ranks in the top 25 universities in the UK, and the World Top 200 universities.
