Leeds Beckett University is a public university in Leeds, England. The school has several locations in the city centre as well as in beautiful Beckett Park which is accessible from the city centre by train. The university is organized into 14 schools that offer studies in art, architecture and design, engineering, economics, applied science, IT, humanities, film, health sciences, languages, social sciences, law, sports and more.
Leeds is the largest city in the county of West Yorkshire located in the north of England. It is an hour's drive northeast of Manchester and around 50 minutes north of Sheffield. Leeds metropolitan area has a population of over 3 million, making it the second most populous metropolitan area in the UK behind Greater London. Leeds is considered one of the country's best cities for students, with a mix of high and low value housing, incredible shopping, brilliant job opportunities, great economy and much more. Beckett Park is a residential area and public park. Here you will find a mix of beautiful green surroundings and historical buildings.
