About the study place

Malmö Universitet is an innovative, urban and international university located in the Swedish city Malmö. They offer educations within health, culture, teacher education, social studies, technology and odontology. The university wants to contribute to a more equal society through research-based knowledge, critical reflection and action. They achieve this through cooperation and innovation.

Malmö is a city with a perfect blend between old-world charm and modern city vibes. This seaside city really has something for everyone, and it is the third largest in Sweden. Because of its location it is easy to travel to the Danish capital Copenhagen, which is perfect if you want to explore more cities in Europe. Malmö was actually a part of Denmark until 1658, and the city therefore has an exciting history. Take a trip to one of the museums, go for a long walk on a hiking trail or check out the 2.5 kilometer long beach Ribersborg. The Old town and Malmöhus castle are only a short distance away from the city centre. These are just two out of many places you should visit in Malmö. If you like culinary experiences and street food, Malmö is a perfect place for you.

In order to have 30 ECTS credits approved at OsloMet after the exchange, you must take 30 ECTS credits at this institution.
