Annual report 2025

OsloMet has submitted its annual report for 2025 to the Ministry of Education and Research. Read the report here.

The University Board has approved OsloMet’s annual report for 2025, and the report was submitted to the Ministry of Education and Research on 13 March.

All universities and university colleges must submit their annual reports to the Ministry of Education and Research, providing an overview of the institution’s activities and results from the past year.

Information and assessment

The annual report must include:

  • the board’s statement
  • an introduction to the organisation and key figures
  • the year’s activities and results
  • governance and internal control
  • assessment of future prospects
  • annual financial statements

The Ministry of Education and Research expects the annual report to include the university’s own assessment of achieved results, goals and plans, what the institution has and has not succeeded in, and that it identifies key challenges and how these will be addressed. The annual report should serve as a document for the institution’s own results follow-up and planning.

The work on the annual report has been led by the Department of Finance, and several units across the organisation have contributed with writing and background knowledge. The university management has been closely involved in the process, and the board approved the final report at its meeting on 11 March.
