MOK3000 Entreprenørskap og prosjektledelse i mediebransjen Emneplan

Emnet Entreprenørskap og prosjektledelse i mediebransjen er obligatorisk i 5. semester av bachelorstudiet i Medier og kommunikasjon.

Emnet er en introduksjon til praktiske og teoretiske aspekter ved entreprenørskap og prosjektledelse i bransjen.

Undervisningsspråk er norsk.

This is a practical course where knowledge and skills acquired from previous courses are used in practical work. The practical training must therefore be taken at establishments where the purpose is to provide training or conduct change work based on concrete issues. Particularly relevant internships in PSYKPRA10 are places where there is a focus on learning or other behavioral change in individuals, such as schools, kindergartens or the like. If the student wishes to have the opportunity to apply for jobs as an environmental therapist after graduation, PSYKPRA10 must involve direct socially valid work with individuals or other projects with clear relevance for this and be combined with completion of PSYKPRA2 and PSYK3900 in semester 6 (see information about PSYKPRA2 and PSYK3900 below). Students who do not need or want the opportunity to apply for jobs as an environmental therapist after completing their studies are free to choose other types of practice in PSYKPRA10 and complete PSYK3910 in the 6th semester (see information about PSYK3910 below). The course is taken full-time over nine weeks, unless otherwise agreed. The average work week is 30 hours, a total of 270 hours for the whole period. Normally, a week in practice will contain 4 days of practice and one study day. Practical training may entail shift work, days, evenings and weekends.

After completing the course, the student is expected to have achieved the following learning outcomes defined in terms of knowledge, skills and competence:

Knowledge

The student can:

• explain the purpose of the practical training establishment
• describe the legal basis for the establishment

Skills

The student can:

• measure behavior in expedient ways
• describe expedient methods to establish, increase and maintain behaviour
• propose expedient behaviour to replace inexpedient behaviour
• facilitate generalisation and continuation of behaviour changes
• analyse collected data and presenting these in a graph or figure
• describe social validity…
• communicate with users, next of kin and other partners

The student

• can describe behaviour analysis’ areas of application
• can discuss ethical issues linked to behavior change
• is capable of discussing ethical issues linked to data collection and observation
• is capable of describing judicial factors that affect data collection and observation, with particular weight on consent, information exchange and storage of personal data
• has professional understanding, relational skills and professional qualifications that are required by the practical training establishment

Nettbaserte forelesninger og prosjektarbeid. 

Emnet bruker CANVAS som digital læringsplattform for å formidle informasjon om nettsamlinger, pensum, oppgaver og innleveringer.

Undervisning er i form nettsamlinger på Zoom, med opptak. Opptakene gjøres kun tilgjengelig for kursdeltagerne for å muliggjør gjentatt avspilling. Nettsamlingene gjennomføres etter normal arbeidstid, f.eks. oppstart kl. 16:00. I utgangspunktet planlegges 6 nettsamlinger på 3,5t hver.

Arbeidsformen er i form av både små beregningsoppgaver og virkelighetsnære beregningsoppgaver, og alle kan se hva de andre leverer. Deltakerne kan også samarbeide over nett slik at de opparbeider sitt personlige læringsnettverk. Noen undervisningsbolker har nettbaserte oppgaver som hjelpemiddel for de enkelte kursdeltagers progresjon.

Vurderingsformen på disse oppgavene er formativ, dvs. feedback for å gi læring.

Veiledning utover kommunikasjon via Canvas avtales av den enkelte student med faglærer.

Deltakerne må ha egen PC med egen programvarelisens.
