Innledning
This course equips students with the tools and perspectives to develop a resilient and adaptive mindset that supports long-term success in business and life. Drawing from research on entrepreneurship, psychology, and management, students learn how attitudes toward opportunity, uncertainty, and failure shape outcomes. Through case studies, reflective exercises, and applied discussions, students explore how to turn setbacks into growth and build durable personal and professional strategies.

Arbeids- og undervisningsformer
Emnet gir en innføring i de grunnleggende metodene og teknikkene i driftsregnskap og budsjettering. Studentene skal tilegne seg kunnskaper og ferdigheter om fremskaffelse, analyse og kommunikasjon av relevant beslutningsinformasjon.
Undervisningsspråk er norsk.

Vurdering og eksamen
The exam in the course consists of one portfolio made up of two parts:
- 1) Reflective Part: Personal reflection on core course topics. Approximately 800 words and can be based on previously submitted coursework requirement. If the previously submitted coursework requirement is used, it must be a revised and substantially reworked version before submitting it for the portfolio.
- 2) Final Essay Part: Individual paper on the student’s strategy for resilience and long-term success, integrating theory, cases, and personal reflection. Approximately 2000 words.
Font and font size: Arial / Calibri / Verdana 12 points. Line spacing: 1,5.
In the event of a fail grade, all parts of the portfolio must be resubmitted. Students awarded a fail grade are given one opportunity to submit an improved version of the portfolio for assessment.
The students must write their exams in English.

Hjelpemidler ved eksamen
Emnet undervises i plenumsforelesninger.
Undervisningen foregår med fysisk oppmøte på campus.

Vurderingsuttrykk
For å kunne framstille seg til eksamen må studenten gjennomføre og få godkjent minst 4 av 6 digitale prøver. Prøvene fordeles utover semesteret. Fra prøven aktiveres, gis studentene inntil én uke på å fullføre prøven. Hver prøve vil ha et omfang på inntil 2 timer. Studenten har 3 forsøk på å bestå hver prøve, og resultatet gis automatisk ved prøvens slutt. Faglærer vil opplyse om utlevering og innleveringsfrister.
Formålet med arbeidskravene er å stimulere selvstendig arbeid med pensum underveis i semesteret.

Eksamen i emnet er en skoleeksamen på 4 timer.
