The bibliometrics group at the University Library performs analyses on the publishing activities at OsloMet.
Bibliometrics is the measurement of researchers' publishing activity and the extent to which they are cited by other researchers.

The University Library performs analyses upon request.

Examples of analyses
- Publication analyses. Can shed light on publishing activity at different research units, groups or institutes by looking at the number of publications, publication channels and collaborators.
- Citation analyses (for example, how often a publication is cited). Such analyses can be used to shed light on the impact factor of individual publications or academic communities.
- Map activity within certain academic areas.
