If you are a Norwegian student you must send a confirmation of acceptance through Søknadsweb. Please get in touch with email@example.com as soon as possible if you have accepted your offer, but are unable to participate in the programme. Remember to include your application number in the email. Russian and Finnish students must contact their own universities with questions about acceptance.
Mandatory attendance 11.01.2017
It is mandatory to attend the information meeting which will be organized on the 11th of January 2017 by the local teacher teams (11 – 13 Norwegian time, 12 – 14 Finnish time, and 13 – 15 Moscow time). At this meeting, you will get important information about the first obligatory assignments and the course schedule, as well as practical issues with regard to travel and visas. If you do not have an opportunity to attend the meeting physically, contact the course coordinator Elena Tkachenko (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible for solutions for participation via video-conference. Your admission to study will be revoked if you do not attend the meeting.
Time: 11.00 (Norwegian time), 12.00 (Finnish time), 13.00 (Moscow time)
Place: Oslo, Pilestredet Campus/St. Petersburg, Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia/Joensuu, University of Eastern Finland (rooms to be announced later)

After the meeting, you will also need to submit a short self-presentation to the virtual learning environment Fronter before the first week of class, where you write about your background, previous education and motivation for taking this course.

Are you unable to attend your first day?
If you are not able to attend the first day due to illness or other compelling reasons, you must send us an email. Please send your email to email@example.com. Remember to include complete name, personal ID number and study programme, in addition to date and time of when you will be able to attend.

Students participating in the programme Intercultural Communication in Educational Settings do not pay the semester fee.
The dates for your sessions during the Spring 2017 are:
January, 21 – 28 (in Oslo)
April, 22 – 29 (St. Petersburg)
