Semester start spring 2022 - Practice Oriented Systemic Design
Have you accepted your offer?
You must send a confirmation of acceptance. You can do this through SøknadsWeb. Please get in touch with admission@oslomet.no as soon as possible if you have accepted your offer, but are unable to participate in the programme. Remember to include your application number in the email.
Mandatory attendance
It is mandatory to attend the first day of class. If you do not attend, your admission to study can be revoked.
Semester start: Digital information meeting for students enrolled in the course via the Department of Product Design/OsloMet (not applicable for students from Nantes): February 9, 14:00-15:30
Most new students must register their attendance digitally. If this applies to you, you will receive a sms with more information just before the first day of study.
We follow the recommendations about the coronavirus and therefore all students must complete an infection prevention course before showing up on campus.
Are you unable to attend your first day?
If you are not able to attend the first day due to illness or other compelling reasons, you must apply for Postponed Start of Studies. Please send your application to infosenter-tkd@oslomet.no. Remember to include, complete name, personal ID number and study programme, in addition to date and time of when you will be able to attend.
Have you done all you need to do before you start your classes?
As a new student, there are many important things you need to sort out before your classes start. We have created a checklist for new students where you can find information on housing, funding, registration and much more at student.oslomet.no/en/studiestart.
Reading list, programme- and course descriptions
In the programme- and course descriptions, you will find the information you need about the content of the programme such as working methods, coursework requirements, form of examination and reading list. You will find the links to the descriptions in the semester overview at the top of this page.
Buying tools and equipment for your studies
You need to purchase approved clothing at the start of your studies.
From the academic year starting autumn 2017 students must have their own laptop to use at school. You will get specifications at the start of your studies, so if you're thinking about buying a new one, wait until the start of your studies.
Do you have any questions?
The answer to most questions can be found on student.oslomet.no, but do not hesitate to get in touch with us if there is anything we can help you with. You will find the contact information in the box on the right.
